The Action menu allows you to link notes between them (slide, hammer, etc.) or link objects between them  :
 
 

  • Linking notes   : in order to show that notes should be played with hammer or pull-off or wathever, you can link them. Select the notes, then choose Action Link notes (or type CTRL N) :

 
 
  • Linking objects   : object linking is fundamental in Tablature Editor. When a rhythmic is used by a chord, you've got to link the chord with the rhythm. In the same way, when writing a solo, each note should be linked to a rhythm in order to specify its duration. You can also link chord with words so that these words appear simultaneously. Example with a chord rhythmic :

 
 
 
  • Play   : this command will playback the tablature in the editor, as it does in the reader. You can stop the playback by selecting Stop in the menu (CTRL P as well). Playback will start at the selected measure, or at the first one if none is selected.
